(Freedom), one of the ten largest Home Mortgage Disclosure
Act (HMDA) reporters nationwide.

subsidiaries Progrexion Marketing Inc., Progrexion
Teleservices Inc., eFolks LLC, and CreditRepair.com Inc.;

LLC (CES), a student loan servicing company that formerly
operated under the name of ACS Education Services. CES is
in the process of winding down its business.

Investigative Demands (CIDs) to ensure they provide more
information about the potentially wrongful conduct under
investigation.

Today, the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) Modified
Loan Application Registers (LARs) data were published for
approximately 5,400 financial institutions.

Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

arrived, they provide a touchstone as we create a fresh
